Our Story
3RDiCO began with a recurring firsthand observation: businesses seeking capital were often focused on finding someone willing to fund them, while less attention was being given to whether the requirement itself was ready for the market.
That led to a deeper examination of how businesses and capital partners engage. The issue was rarely just access to capital. Requirements were often unclear, information incomplete, structures unsuitable, or the right counterparties difficult to identify.
A clear gap emerged between needing capital and being properly prepared to
approach the market. 3RDiCO was created to bridge that gap.
